    How to Set The Workspace

Once users complete the account verification stage, the next step in the onboarding process is the creation, setup, and customization of the Workspace. Below is a detailed explanation of the process:

    1. Workspace Profile

First, users are required to fill out a form to create their desired Workspace profile. This form includes key elements such as the Workspace name, company industry, and Workspace profile image. Users can either select an image from the available gallery or upload one directly from their devices.

    2. Team Settings

After creating the profile, users proceed to the second stage: team setup. In this stage, users can determine the privacy type for their Workspace to control who can access or join it. Below are the available privacy options:

    • Private: A Workspace set to Private will not appear on the **Recommendation Workspace page for other users. With this setting, other users cannot request to join or directly access the Workspace.
    • By Request: A Workspace with By Request privacy will appear on the **Recommendation Workspace page for other users. This allows users with preconfigured **email domains to request to join the Workspace.
    • Public: A Workspace set to Public will also appear on the **Recommendation Workspace page. However, in this setting, users with the **specified email domains can join the Workspace directly without needing approval from the Owner or Admin.

    Note:

** Email domains refer to company-specific domains, such as @cmlabs.co, @visuwisu.co, @sequence.day, and similar. These are different from public email domains like @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, or @microsoft.com.

** Recommendation Workspace is a page in VISUWISU CaaS that displays a list of Workspaces from other users with company email domains registered in the Verified Email Domain or Email Domain input during registration. This page exclusively shows Workspaces with By Request and Public privacy settings.

If users select the By Request or Public privacy type, they will be provided with an optional input field called Verified Email Domain. This input allows users to add their desired company email domains, ensuring that only users with registered emails can join the Workspace. Additionally, users can directly invite members to join the newly created Workspace, assigning them roles such as Admin, Member, or Commenter.

    Note:

**Roles refer to the access levels granted by the Workspace owner to invited users. These access levels determine the extent to which users can interact with the content and features within the Workspace.

    3. Workspace Subscription

The third step in onboarding involves selecting a subscription package and level for the Workspace. However, users can skip this step and create a Workspace with a free package, provided they have not already created a free Workspace (each user is limited to one free Workspace).

To explore the available packages and their benefits, read here.

    4. Proceed to Payment

After selecting a subscription package, users need to provide their card details for payment. This includes entering the cardholder’s name, card number, expiration date, and CVV code. All information is securely protected and used solely for processing the subscription payment.

Once all details are entered, users must click the Make Payment button to finalize the transaction. The payment will be processed securely, and upon successful completion, users will receive confirmation that their subscription is active.

When the payment is verified, users can immediately enjoy all the features and credits available under the selected subscription plan.
